No one knows why the rains came back, but they brought a group of people, the Qán, with them.
And possibly something more... something darker... that leads some to question if the rains came back or were forced back.
Rumors swirl, people go missing, and we begin and end in Kazgar, the main port city of Taraz where everything will come together.
